All of the above is well-known by Finca La Carrodilla, a winery in Valle de Guadalupe, which introduces itself as an orchard with four cows, six sheep, two dozen hens, and 40 thousand grapevines. Here, the Pérez Castro family honors the patron Virgin of the grapevines, who has certainly had a heavenly hand in this blossoming setting.
La Carrodilla relies on sustainable agriculture, whereupon environmental harmony and respect dictate the winemaking process.
The vineyard, first in the area to obtain an Organic Certification, operates through biodynamism practices that ultimately improve its quality by promoting the reclaim of ancestral awareness, regarding the relationship between the farmer and his environment.
